Frequently Asked Questions

You can take our course if you are seeking your drivers license for the first time - no matter how old you are. An online course offers all the benefits of a classroom course but conveniently online! As long as you have a computer that's connected to the Internet, you can study whenever and wherever you want!

You must be at least 15 years old to take the online driver education course. All individuals who elect to take the classroom component of the driver's education course online must take the online course through a DMV licensed online driver training school. In order to benefit from the course, you must be able to work independently and be comfortable with using a computer.

You can complete the course at your own pace logging on and off as many times as necessary to complete the course.

You will receive your Certificate of Completion after you have passed your final exam, which you must take in-person at one our locations. The "Test Areas" link is in our menu section. You will be permitted to take the final exam after we have checked your identification and verified that you have completed the 13 sessions online. When you pass the exam, you can continue with the behind-the-wheel portion of the course or our instructor will issue your certificate to you if you request to transfer. If you fail the examination, you will be allowed to review any session of the completed course to prepare to take the examination again.  Prior to registering for the course, verify that our school has a location located in your area.

The cost of the course is null. You will pay this fee before you sit down at the computer to take the final exam at one of our locations. Once you have passed the final exam you will receive your Certificate of Completion. We accept null.

You do NOT need any special software to complete our online course. There are no minimum browser requirements - Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Google Chrome all work well . There is no software to download and nothing is saved on your computer or device. You will need to have JavaScript enabled on your Internet browser to view some of the features in the course. If you don't know what this means, don't worry!! Most browsers are JavaScript enabled already by default. So unless you have manually disabled JavaScript yourself, you will be fine.

  1. To begin, return to our home page and click on the "Sign Up" button or on the "Sign Up (New?)" link in our menu section.
  2. Select your course.
  3. Fill out the registration form.
  4. Review the information and click on the "register" button.
  5. The list of sessions will appear. Click on the "start course/test" button to begin learning!

No; you can log-in, re-enter, and take the course using any computer with any type of Internet connection.

You can either go to our home page and click the 'Log In' button (under "Returning Student?") or you can click the 'Log In (Returning?)' link in our menu section. Then you will just enter your First Name, Last Name, and Birthday and click the "Login" button to resume the course. Don't worry, our student progress monitoring feature will allow to pick up exactly where you left off.

If you fail the examination, you will be allowed to review any session of the completed course to prepare to take the examination again.
