Enrollment Agreement

Eligibility for taking this course depends on the following:

1. You must be at least 15 years old.
2. You must complete the online registration form on the page after next.
3. You must pay the required fee for the program.

This course is approved by the Virginia Department of Education for public, private, and home-schooled students. After successfully completing our course, you will receive an official Completion Certificate. After receiving your Completion Certificate, you may enroll in a DMV approved behind-the-wheel training.

This online driver education course provides an up-to-date means for public, private and home-schooled students to complete a state approved drivers education program.

To participate in the online course:

1. You must have access to the Internet and feel comfortable using a computer.
2. You must be able to motivate yourself while learning independently.
3. You must be able to manage your time wisely.
4. Most importantly, you must want to learn the online material for the purpose of becoming an educated novice driver.

IMPORTANT– By taking this online course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• I must read every page (my progress is monitored) of the text in its entirety and receive at least a score of 80% on every end-of-session review quiz in order to progress to the next session.
• I must complete every session, session quiz and the final exam without assistance from any other person.
• To pass this course, I must have completed the online portion of the course and passed the final test.
• To validate/confirm my participation and knowledge, the final exam must be administered and proctored at our school.
• I must complete this course within 180 days.
